Tricia Dunn-West is a dynamic Spanish-speaking Human Resources executive a successful 20+ year track record in building a strong organizational culture, aligning human capital programs to add value to the business, and delivering positive results across a variety of business environments internationally.

Dunn-West is President of Talent Engagement 101 providing HR consulting services, products and solutions to help clients succeed by better engaging their talent. Her responsibilities include assisting business leaders with consulting expertise in all areas of HR, including organizational development, recruiting, succession planning, training and development, legal compliance in HR areas, compensation and benefits program design, and employee relations and communications for high level engagement.
Dunn-West has previously held the roles of Vice-President and Sr. Director of Human Resources for both publically and privately held international corporations in high technology and healthcare environments. The CEO’s with whom she has worked closely highly recommend her for making significant contributions to improve and enable their businesses to realize strategic objectives.
Dunn-West has studied and earned certification in her field from the University of California Irvine, she has been certified as a Senior HR Professional from the HR Certification Institute since 2007, and was awarded specialized certification as a workshop facilitator from DDI (Development Dimensions International). A Bachelor of Science degree program in Organizational Psychology from Concordia University is underway as part of her continuing education and she is a committee member of the Society of HR Management (SHRM) and PIHRA (Professionals in HR Association).
Recognized as a subject matter expert in leadership development, employee relations, and talent engagement, she was nominated by a company CEO as the Chamber of Commerce HR Professional of the Year. Her work to turn around employee retention and HR programs positioned the company for expansion through acquisition. She then played an integral part in further M&A activities to divest the company at a strategic time due to Medicare health care reform.
